I handle invoicing through Smart in Belgium, which provides a secure and professional platform for managing payments.

The payment for each project is structured in three installments:

• 50% upfront: Due before the project begins to secure your booking and commence work.

• 35% during the project: This installment is due at the midway point to ensure continued progress.

• 15% upon completion: The final payment is due when the project is finished.
